Unearthed Government Document Fuels Theory Covid was Planned
The COVID-19 pandemic is looking more and more like a planned event as we continue learning new information about it. Last year, the CEO of Moderna publicly admitted that his company started manufacturing its mRNA “vaccines” a year before anyone had even heard of COVID. Now, the Blaze has obtained new evidence that Moderna signed a government contract to produce the shots in 2019.
And of course, the origins of Moderna’s special deal with the government can be traced directly back to Barack Obama.
It was in 2015 when Moderna started negotiating with the Obama administration on this contract. The contract specifically grants Moderna a liability shield for its mRNA shots for COVID-19. But they started working on this contract FOUR YEARS before the coronavirus was unleashed by the sloppy communist scientists at the Wuhan lab.
The contract wasn’t signed by the NIH (under the direction of Tony Fauci) until 2019. Conveniently, it was signed on December 12, 2019, which was just five weeks before “patient zero” flew back to Seattle from China and started the whole outbreak on US soil.
What a coincidence!
Plus, have you ever heard of a contract negotiation lasting four years? This seems like even more evidence that they kept the coronavirus on ice until they needed to undermine President Trump’s reelection in 2020.

December 12 2019? As a "patient zero"? Me and my wife contracted a flu type infection in November of 2019. As it hit in the respiratory 1st, I told my wife " if this is the flu, this is remarkably different." Caught it again after. But, no vaccines for either of us. Herd immunity is real and people were being come against for spreading disinformation. My ass! And it wasn't "sloppy" lab workers in Wuhan. I'm of the belief that the virus was already here and whoever was waiting to unleash it for the impact of decimating our country. Economically, look at the cost. Socially, look at the impact. The money that was abused still has not been returned. And I am not speaking of the stimulus checks, which further degraded the economy, off of OUR backs as tax.
