DOGE Staffer Reveals Things Are MUCH Worse Than We Know

A DOGE Staffer named Sam Corcos recently sat down with Fox News to reveal that the situation with our government is even more dire than we might think.

Corcos is co-founder and CEO of a health-tech company called Levels which is a software that uses data to help users make smarter decisions surrounding food.

He was brought in specifically to assess the mess that is the IRS, and he found that “we’re in a really deep hole right now.”

Corcos said, “A huge part of our government is collecting taxes. We cannot perform the basic functions of tax collection without paying a toll to all these contractors. We really have to figure out how to get out of this hole.”

The tech CEO said that one of his top priorities during his six-month tenure with DOGE is to review the IRS modernization program – a program which he says is 30 years behind schedule and $15 billion over budget.

According to Corcos, the IRS uses a lot of borderline ancient infrastructure and this program was designed to migrate this to a more modern system.

“Typically, in [the private sector], this takes a few years, maybe a few hundred million dollars. We’re now 35 years into this program. If you ask them now, it’s five years away—and it’s been five years away since 1990. It was supposed to be delivered in 1996, and it’s still five years away.”

He adds that the IRS spends $3.5 billion EVERY YEAR just to keep the lights on. 80% of this money, he says, is funneled to OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS.

In other words, the IRS is just blowing through as much of our cash as they can possibly get away with.

No wonder these people hate DOGE…they don’t want their grift exposed!
